DELIVERIES
Purchases made on the website www.scripta.pt will be shipped to the address chosen at the time of purchase.
The delivery time of an order will vary depending on the country from which the order is placed:
- Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 business days
- Portugal Islands and Spain: 2 to 7 business days
- European Union: 7 to 12 business days
- Outside the European Union: 6 to 10 business days
When purchasing items on the Scripta website, the user agrees that the following shipping fees may apply:
- Mainland Portugal: €4.95 (free shipping for orders over €80.00)
- Portugal Islands: €6.95 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- Spain: €15.00 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- Spain – Balearic and Canary Islands: €15.00 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- Spain – Ceuta: €25.00 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- European Union: €15.00 (free shipping for orders over €100.00)
- European Union – Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Norway, and Switzerland: €20.00 (free shipping for orders over €120.00)
- Outside the European Union (except South Africa and Russia): €20.00 (free shipping for orders over €150.00)
- South Africa: €25.00 (free shipping for orders over €180.00)
- Russia: €50.00 (free shipping for orders over €220.00)
Scripta is not responsible for any customs duties. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient will be responsible for any additional customs clearance charges. For more information, contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
Purchases made on the website www.scripta.pt can be returned if you are not satisfied. Returns will be accepted if the item meets the following requirements:
- The item must be new;
- It must not have been used;
- Contain all original tags;
- The item must not be worn, washed, or altered.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of exchanges.
RETURN PROCESS
- Send an email to lojaonline@scripta.pt with the subject “Product Return/Exchange,” including all purchase documentation;
- Securely package the item, preferably using the original shipping materials;
- Our team will contact you to plan the procedure;
- Returns are processed within a maximum of 15 days from receipt;
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method.
The customer is responsible for correctly shipping the product and must keep the proof of shipment. If the returned item does not meet the requirements, it may be sent back to the customer.
EXCHANGE OF ITEM
If the item does not fit properly, you may request an exchange for a different size by returning the original item.
The exchange process follows the same terms as the return. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and labeling the product. If you wish for a pickup, contact lojaonline@scripta.pt. In the case of an exchange, costs will be covered by the company.
